Junior Risotto

1/4 cup rice
125g ground beef
1 peeled/seeded and chopped tomato
1/4 cup diced vegies (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon sauce
1 cup chicken stock

In a saucepan cook beef until well browned, add rice and stir for a minute, add vegetables, tomato, sauce and stock. Bring to the boil and reduce heat to a simmer, let simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is soft.

Blend or grind for young babies.
