Hoisin Chicken and Broccoli

Hoisin Chicken and Broccoli

1 small (140g) chicken breast, cut into strips
3 green onions, sliced (spring onions)
1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup broccoli florets, microwave until just tender
3/4 cup cooked rice

Coat a non-stick frypan with cooking spray. Heat; then cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden. Add onions and ginger; cook for 1 minute. Stir in sauces and juice. Add broccoli and cook until hot. Serve with rice.
