200g hazelnuts ground
100g caster sugar
4 egg whites (beaten til stiff)
2 tbsp grated chocolate
1 tbsp Brandy (optional)
1 tbsp SR flour
Preheat oven 180C.
Beat egg whites (in a mixer) and caster sugar til stiff.
Add hazelnuts, flour, brandy to the egg mixture.
Finally add the grated chocolate and stir by hand.
Place one teaspoon full of the mixer onto lined baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes (chewy) and 15 minutes (for crunchy).
