Creamy Seafood Pies

1 tablespoon olive oil
200g green prawns, peeled, veins removed and chopped
150g boneless white fish fillet, diced
20g butter
1 tablespoon flour
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

1. Heat oil in Frypan. Cook prawns and fish for 2-3 minutes or until cooked. Transfer seafood to a bowl.
2. Melt butter. Stir in flour and milk. Stir until mixture is smooth.
3. Combine seafood and sauce, stir in lemon juice and dill.
4. Make pies as per instructions.
