Creamy Mushroom Mince

250 grams penne pasta
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
500 grams minced beef
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 tablespoons tomato paste
200 gram can sliced mushrooms in butter sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water

Add pasta to large pan of boiling water, boil, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
Heat oil in pan; cook onion, garlic and beef, stirring, until beef is browned.
Stir in paprika, tomato paste and mushrooms; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and water; stir over low heat until heated through.
Serve beef mixture with pasta.
