Cream Scones

Cream Scones

2 cups SR flour
1 egg
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup cream
1/3 cup milk

Beat egg and sugar until light and creamy. Add cream and milk and beat in. Add sifted flour and mix to soft dough. Knead lightly on floured surface. Pat to 2cm thickness and cut into rounds. Place close together on lightly greased tray and bake at 270C for 10-12 mins.
