1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups S.R flour
3 cups Cornflakes
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
4. Add in flour and cornflakes and mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
5. Drop Tablespoons of mix onto ungreased trays and bake for 12 minutes.
