1 x 250g packet Milk Coffee biscuits
1 x 200g block milk chocolate, melted
1 x 300ml carton thickened cream
icing sugar and cocoa powder to decorate
1. Lightly grease and line a 19cm x 29cm rectangular slice pan
2. Process biscuits until finely crushed. Transfer to a bowl. Add chocolate and cream; mix well
3. Press mixture into prepared pan. Cover; refrigerate until firm. Cut into rectangles Just before serving, dust with sifted icing sugar and cocoa.
