Chocolate Fruit Cake

500g mixed fruit
2 cups self raising flour
150 cadbury chocolate – chopped roughly
2 cups of strong black coffee

Soak fruit in coffee for 30mins.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Place in cake tin and fridge for 30mins.

Cook in oven 180c for 15mins and then place baking paper over top of cake so does not burn.
Cook for a further 60mins.
Cool in cake tin.
