120g dark chocolate, finely chopped
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp rum
Selection of fruits, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces
Selection of small biscuits
1. Put the chocolate in a bowl. Boil the honey, cream and milk and whisk into the chocolate, then stir in the rum.
2. Pour the hot sauce into a fondue pot. Put fruit and biscuits on plates and set pot in the centre of the table.
