3 Weet-Bix (crushed)
1 cup Coconut
1 cup SR flour
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Cocoa
125g butter or marg
In a saucepan, combine Butter, Brown Sugar, Vanilla and Cocoa.
Stir over medium heat until Butter has melted and Brown Sugar dissolved.
Mix dry ingredients together then add chocolate mixture. Press into a lamington tray and bake at 180 for 20 minutes. Cool then top with a layer of chocolate or chocolate icing.
