Caramel Nut Popcorn

Caramel Nut Popcorn

1/2 cup popping corn
5 tablespoons of oil.

Cook popcorn following packet directions

2 Tbsp Honey
3/4 Cup sugar
125g butter
1/2 Cup peanuts

Stir Honey, sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved then boil uncovered for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, mix peanuts through and pour over popped corn. Mix, spread over large greased tray to cool, then break into pieces.
