Caramel Macadamia Slice

Makes about 16 pieces

Combine 1 cup of self-raising flour, 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1/4 cup caster sugar with 80 g of melted butter. Press into a greased lined 20cm square cake pan. Bake at 180C for 12-15min.

Combine 2 x 400g cans of condensed milk, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 100g chopped butter in a pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often for 15min or until thickened. Pour over base, top with 1/2 cup each chopped chocolate and macadamias. Bake at 180C for 15min. Cool and cut into small squares to serve.
