Basic Meatloaf

Basic Meatloaf

1 grated carrot
1 small onion grated
2 teaspoons of mixed herbs
500 grams sausage or chicken mince
1 egg
1 cup of half cooked rice

Mix all together and press into a loaf tin.
Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour on 180 C. Uncover after 45 mins if you want the top a bit crisper.
