2 eggs (optional – replace eggs with 1/4 cup water)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of salt
Walnut pieces/choc chips (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mash bananas, whisk eggs and mix with oil and sugar.
3. Sift dry ingredients (flour, soda and salt) together.
4. Fold together dry and wet ingredients.
5. Butter pan, pour in the mixture.
6. Bake for one hour, let cool for 10 minutes.
