Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Makes: 1 cup

7 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
ground black pepper

Whisk all ingredients, or shake together in a jar. Dressing will keep in the fridge for over a week.
