Baked Sausages

Serves 4

500 grams sausages
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoon vinegar
2 bacon rashers
2 teaspoon tomato sauce
strips of cheese

Split each sausage length wise. Mix mustard, vinegar, salt and tomato sauce and spread on split sausages. Place cheese and bacon strips on each sausage. Place on greased tray, cover with foil and bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
