Asparagus Quiche

1 can of asparagus spears
4 eggs
dash of milk
cracked pepper
1 sheet of puff pastry
grated cheese

Put pastry in quiche dish, tip drained can of asparagus into dish, beat eggs, milk and pepper and pour over asparagus. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Put in oven at 180-200 degrees for 40 mins.
