Asian Style Chicken Burgers

Serves 4

500gm chicken tenders
1 Tbsp kecap manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
4 hamburger buns
75 gm snow pea sprouts
1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced thinly lengthwise
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 Tbsp coconut milk

Combine chicken and kecap manis in medium bowl.
Cook chicken in grill or on the BBQ until browned and cooked through.
Split buns in half and toast.
Combine peanut butter, chilli sauce and coconut milk.
Top base with sprouts, chicken and cucumber.
Top with sauce.
