Apricot Choc Caramel Slice

Makes: 24

Base:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
125 g butter, melted

Filling:
75 g butter
1/4 cup golden syrup
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup coarsely chopped apricots

Topping:
1/4 cup Milk Melts
1/4 cup White Melts

# Preheat oven to 180C. Line a 27cm x 18cm x 3cm tin with baking paper.
# Prepare the base; combine dry ingredients and melted butter, mix well. Press mixture into tin.
# Prepare the filling; place butter and golden syrup in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Remove from heat, stir in condensed milk and apricots. Pour over base.
# Evenly place Melts over filling. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into pieces. To decorate, drizzle with melted chocolate.
