Mem I just love your site. I have a friend at work who is gluten intolerant and she is so clever she can turn flour recipes into gluten free ones so i have flicked her some recipes i found elsewhere on the net and if I can remember where I will let you know but once she has modified them for me i will send you both the flour versions and the Josie versions. I will even try and take some photos of what i cook for you
