Baby Roast Beef

Age: 7 months +

Lean cooked beef – from family roast or casserole.

Dice meat and place in food processor with 1 tablespoon of water or meat juice. Process until pureed. Heat gently in saucepan. Serve 1 – 2 teaspoons with mashed vegetables.

Place the remaining portion in an airtight container and refrigerate or place in ice cube trays and freeze.

Serve with vegetables

For variations use chicken or lamb
