Melting Moments

125g butter or marg
100g sugar
1 egg
vanilla essence
150g self-raising flour
crushed cornflakes

Cream butter and sugar and beat in egg and a few drops of vanilla. Work in flour and mix to a smooth dough. Wet the hands, divide the mixture into small balls. Roll these in the crushed cornflakes and put on a greased tray, bake in a mod oven (180C) for 15-20 mins.
