Cranberry Fizz
Serves 4
200ml cranberry juice, chilled
1/4 cup (60ml) berry liqueur, such as Framboise*
600ml sparkling wine, chilled
Chill 4 champagne flutes. Divide the cranberry juice and berry liqueur among the 4 flutes, then top with sparkling wine.
* Framboise is a sweet raspberry liqueur from selected bottle shops.
