3 Minute Sponge
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup castor sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter
Beat all the ingredients together for 3 minutes then put in a buttered baking dish and bake in moderate oven (350 F, 180 C) for about 30 to 40 minutes.
